"Lovely property and location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the bar seating seemed a bit tired. Could do with some comfortable seating areas too. For me the size of the room seemed very small for the price."

"Great B&B in a lovely location, 30min walk to Keswick. Beautiful walk to Keswick - take a good torch for nighttime walks to town. the village itself has a nice wee pub and has stunning views. Room was clean with plenty of towels, tea/coffee/milk. Breakfast was fine considering what we paid for our room. lovely breakfast room with efficient and friendly service. Plenty of free parking. We were happy with the lack of interaction with people during checkin - got a security code, then key - very easy. would recommend and will stay again. "

"On arrival was concerned as there was wedding taking place at the hotel, lots of people. We were greeted by Rose on reception who was friendly and informative. We stayed in room 111 which had a wonderful view of the sea and st bees head, I found this to be very impressive, the room was comfortable with heating and tea making facilities. Our room was quiet and we didn't get disturbed by the wedding. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and walked up at bees head which is a must if you stay here. Overall our stay was wonderful, I unfortunately left behind my chargers, I called Rose who kindly packaged them up and attached a label for them to be sent back to me. Thank you Seacote hotel "

"Managed to get access to our room early. Always a good sign. Hotel and rooms looked very tired. Need freshening up. However it was clean and the breakfast was great. Great value "
