"From the moment we booked our trip, David was amazing! The house was even better than we expected. The grounds were spectacular and the lake front was incredible. Everything you need is in the house which is so thoughtful and I noticed it is also an accessible home which is very rare and wonderful. We will be going back again! Thank you David!"

"Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."

"Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with."

"6 family members staying for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. Stay could not have been better. Property is lovely, just as described with all kinds of lovely extras. Kathleen is a phenomenal host--most responsive host I have ever encountered. Communicatio and check in could not have benn easier. "My friends and I had the absolute best time staying at this place! Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing. The house was very clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing and such a huge perk. A few of my friends went fishing in the pond on the property and one even caught a 14 inch bass. No complaints overall - everything was amazing! Would love to stay here again in the future :)."

"Very clean and great accommodations for our Girls' trip to Troy! We were in town to celebrate a special occasion for my youngest daughter. The home is within walking distance of amenities listed on Vrbo! We were able to easily drive from the house to the venue in Albany. Overall everyone had a rather enjoyable time and would highly recommend this listing- we’d even think about staying here the next time we’re in town! "

"The location is great, close to everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. The house is clean and well maintained. The property owner communicates well. WIFI worked well and no issues with the kitchen. There is a very nice coffee bar. My only complaint is with the property description in the ad and the beds. The mattress on every bed must be 20 years old, extremely uncomfortable and they are very low sitting beds. I ended up out on the couch just to get some sleep. The description on Vrbo says 2...

"We were taking our college kid back to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and this house was convenient - an easy 20 minute drive to Troy. The house is big with a good kitchen and an outdoor patio and large tree-shaded yard. We also took day trips to Albany and Saratoga which were easy trips from here. There’s a grocery store, wine and bottle shop and pizza and ice cream shops nearby. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"We had a mini Family Reunion in the Albany area so 10 of us stay at this spacious home. Plenty of sleeping capability and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The back patio and fire pit was a real treat as the evening got cooler. Location was super as we had many flying into Albany Intl Airport. We had a great golf tournament at Frear Park Golf Course. With the foliage changing and nice weather - it was perfect! Thanks for letting us stay with you! "

"The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."
