Modern holiday home in convenient location
Newly renovated holiday home with brand new furniture, fittings and appliances. Comes with nice extras such as BBQ, deck and a spa pool. Plenty of room for big families. Convenient location with shops and restaurants next door.

Spacious house with jacuzzi
The house is very beautiful, spacious, close to the Redwood tree walk and just couple of minutes driving to the city centre. Clean, modern house and the biggest benefit was the jacuzzi in the patio. Can only recommend!

Awesome place - great location
Modern, fresh, and superb location. This place was everything as described and more. Comfortable luxury accommodation that made for a wonderful family holiday. The location was perfect with great access to the famous Redwoods and a minutes walk to a great selection of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars. Perfect. Genuinely loved our stay.

It was one of the best-appointed homes we have ever stayed in. We really appreciated that linen plus towels were included in the fee. So clean and tidy which was great. Would recommend it 100%.

Perfect location, comfortable , well equiped and an amazing spot if you’re into mountain biking .
Modern,updatesd comfortable and the garage is a bonus if you’re traveling with bike. Mountain bike trails basically start from you doorstep. Grocery stores and restaurants all within a 5 min drive and great micro brewery right across the street.

Lovely Townhouse
Lovely property that was convenient to everything and beautifully presented. We had issues with wifi which did upstairs and the spa which didn’t heat. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Great property - very clean and tidy throughout. Modern furnishings. Located next to shopping centre and a short walk to the The Redwoods, a short drive to Rotorua township. The spa was much appreciated after our running event as were the heat pumps with cooler temperatures at night. Easy access and plenty of space. Highly recommend, we’ll be back

Awesome stay
This property was great for us as a family of six. Space for the kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Plus the added bonus of a big spa to relax and recuperate in! Really close to Redwoods and Te Ari Ahi trail, so really easy to get on the bike and enjoy Rotorua. Becs was so easy to deal with for a few things we needed help with and super fast responding. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Next time we are back in Rotorua we will definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful holiday home, very high standard
This is one of the nicest houses we have rented in New Zealand. Freshly decorated, beautiful linen, warm and spacious. There is a lovely spa, private deck and also a second spacious lounge/rumpus room downstairs that is great for families. This would certainly work for 2 families sharing. There is no garden but there is a safe enclosed patio which would be fine if you had little children. Can’t recommend highly enough😁

Great place in a fab location
Very tidy house with awesome facilities and standard. We enjoyed the mountainbiking in the Redwoods and the setup with the racks in the garage was great for us. The Spa pool was very nice after a day on the bikes. Only drawback was that we didn't get the information on how to access the property and we found it hard to find the spot but once we were in it all went smoothly. An information folder with wifi password and general guidelines to operate things like the food waste disposal would've been good.

Perfect in Every Way !
Our group of 8 was really pleased with this lovely accommodation. The position of the townhouse suited us to a tee....right next to the park where our sporting event was held ! we parked up and didn't need to use the car until we left. The air con was a big plus as well as the lovely spa which was so appreciated after a long day of sport. The place is modern with lovely linen and decor. Being behind the shops was a bonus. Just walk to get your lunch or dinner and enjoy the coffee shop! Thankyou for having us...we would love to be back next year.

Trendy Tarawera Townhouse is Tremendous
This Trendy Tarawera Townhouse was perfect! Our family of 8 felt pampered in this spotlessly clean and comfortable townhouse, with rooms for all 5 adults and a great bunk / game room for the kids. TV was available both downstairs for the kids and upstairs for the grownups. There were plenty of supplies to start us off and communication with the owner was always pleasant and instantly responsive. We loved the Rotorua area and had food and coffee a few steps around the corner. It was just short drive or walk to a park with bubbling hot springs, or a a redwood forest , or a Maori cultural center. This was a trip we’ll always remember. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Rotorua area!

Place was nice and handy for the reason we were there
The place could do with a deep clean, not that it was dirty but cob webs were all over mostly on the roof and hall way, which meant spiders. The manager was lovely and helpful and even come over within minutes because we had trouble opening the door. Before each person stays over I think checking under the chairs and vacuuming would help as we found rubbish balloons chocolate down and under the chairs from the previous people who stayed. Chocolate smudged on the walls and the aircon up stairs didn't work which was a killer because it was super hot but we didn't open the windows because we were eaten by the mosquitoes the first night we stayed. Over all abit of TLC with the place and it would be the perfect stay.

Fun in Rotorua
The apartment was a perfect size for us. We loved the location and amenities provided. The initial finding of the address was difficult, but after the first time, we had no issues. We would highly refund staying here!

Great location
Good location for The Redwoods and easy into town. Has everything you need and plenty of room. Just a couple of things that are needed is a few more mirrors as only have one in the bathrooms which is a pain when everyone wants to get ready to go out etc. The other thing is that the cleaners need a bit of a tune up as their cleaning isn’t great. The dishwasher stunk and when we finally got it going the plates, cups and cutlery were still yuck as the drain was gross. Went to use the dryer and wondered why it wasn’t drying then found the water tray over flowing. Duvet covers needed washing too. Sad because other than those things the place is great. I would stay there again if I new the problems were fixed.

Has everything you need
The size of the property was great, allowing everyone to have their own space if they wanted it. The layout of the kitchen + lounge open plan area is also done well for socialising. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question about the dishwasher. I'd definitely stay here again, we had a great time! Location is really convenient too.

Treewalk townhouse stay
The apartment suited out needs as an extended family very well in general. There were some small things that we noted which should be fixed/improved considering the price of hiring, e.g. the water filter next to the sink was not fixed and moved around so that water went onto the bench instead of into the sink if you were not careful, the rubbish bin in the kitchen kept falling out of the holder, the living room floor was quite sticky/dirty, the lounge furniture was stained and has obviously seen better days and there seemed to be a problem with the dishwasher overheating. I just thought that you should know about these things in case no-one else has pointed them out. Other than that, it was quite ok. The space and location was excellent.

A nice setup for 2 families
We had a lovely 4 nights here. We came to go mountain biking and the house was set up perfectly to store our bikes safely overnight and the spa was waiting to ease tired bodies when we got back for the night. What prevented me from scoring it 5/5 was the badly needed maintenance, light bulbs either not working or very dull, 1 queen bed that needs to be replaced (very uncomfortable and lumpy) a door handle downstairs that kept falling off and the upstairs shower door badly in need of cleaning, we would definately stay again despite this.
