The large lawn area is not only perfect for backyard cricket, shaded picnics under the trees, or a good place for the kids to run around, it's also ideal if you plan to bring and park the boat. The local boat ramp is in Reem Street; just 2 minutes drive away.

For some local fishing, you must visit Waiteti Stream, a 2-minute walk. When you get home, throw the fresh catch on the BBQ!

The local Ngongotaha Village is nearby and offers a grocery store, a couple of cafes, a liquor store and even a butchery!
