The Greenkeeper's Cottage

Summary:
Stay and Play at The Greenkeeper's Cottage! This is a unique holiday experience situated on the edge of the Arikikapakapa Golf Course in the heart of Rotorua's premier visitor destination. The cottage has undergone a stunning renovation by the club members to create the perfect spot for groups to get away in comfort & style with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bring your clubs or hire a set from the Pro Shop and book a round of golf. 

The Space:
A generous sized 3 bedroom home with 3 separate bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a King Bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has two Single Beds also with an ensuite bathroom and Bedroom three has a Queen Bed. Professionally laundered, high quality linen.

Heating is provided by a heat pump which can also be used for cooling during the summer months. There are also standalone heaters in the bedrooms.

Wifi & Smart TV

Lockable Single Garage and off-street parking.

Fully fenced from the road (but open to the golf course).

Take a short walk to the Clubhouse where excellent catering awaits you. Just across the road is Te Puia with a short ride to Whakarewarewa, Redwoods Forest and Secret Spot Hot Tubs.

Great place to stay for mountain biking, short ride to various start points or Waipa hub. Spacious home, hose for bikes, requested to use garage for bike storage. Newly renovated. Great Internet, excellent hot water/shower pressure!
