Summary:
Serenity on Sophia is a stunning three bedroom executive townhouse completed in late 2023 as a purpose built holiday home. All spaces are light and bright with quality fittings to ensure you have the best stay possible in Rotorua. The entertaining area opens onto a large deck which gives access to the garden and spa pool. A fantastic spot for friends to meet with three King Size Beds, two bathrooms and plenty of room for bikes and toys in the garage.

Nicest VRBO EVER!
This house is by far one of the nicest homes we have rented for short stay. The house is very new and everything is new and clean. The house is unbelievably well equipped with everything from Nespresso machine to towel warmers, pots and pans, car charger, laundry... beautiful kitchen, decor and even on demand water boiler! The rooms and bedding and etc were all clean and comfortable. Cannot say enough about this rental! I hope it stays this clean and well organized for the next time we return to Rotorua!! Thank you for a great stay! PS. Hard to believe, but the house is actually nicer than the pictures show.
