"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"The view from the balcony was really great. Unfortunately the place is supposed to be maintained by the guests themselves and as a result it's not really maintained. It's not the best idea when the place is shared by multiple guests. The kitchen was really dirty and the bathroom as well. So our stay was a bit disappointing."

"Great stay! A bit harder to find but right next to the water and all the main shopping/dining areas. Close enough walk to the train station we did it with our bags. Very clean and minimal but a good stay for a couple! "

"Really nice during check-in very helpful. Responsible parking is not included, but it is about $24 CHF to park at the grocery store across the street it gets really busy during rush-hour, but it’s an amazing location"

"Excellent, fully-equipped apartment just outside Zurich. An easy five-minute walk to the commuter train, and then ten minutes into downtown. Free laundry available in the building. Great communication and personable staff. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment was in a wonderful location and was well equipped. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was quite warm while we were there, so air conditioning would have been nice. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"Given early check in. Location can easily be found and within walking distance to a few sightseeing spots. Room is bigger than expected. Walking distance to Lucerne Train station. Staff are polite. Highly recommended!"

"This was an exceptionally nice hotel in the perfect location. Just a short walk from the train station and close to everything. My husband and I enjoyed a romantic 2 days in this gorgeous little city. We took the train to Mt. Pilatus and really enjoyed the cheese fondue locally. The room was spacious and elegant. The bedding was very comfortable. "
