"This is a very old, but quaint property. The room was large and the en suite bathroom was also large. We arrived just after a snow storm. The village and surrounding area was beautiful. The house was almost as warm as te welcome and friendliness of Mario the owner. "

"Devo ammettere che non avevo la minima idea dell'esistenza di Gombola, un luogo magico, quasi mistico. Ho trascorso un weekend all'insegna della natura e della tranquillità più assoluta. L'ostello è pulitissimo e l'accoglienza è stata ottima. Ritornerò sicuramente, magari questa estate sperando di poter assistere anche agli spettacoli del gruppo teatrale che ha in gestione l'ostello. "We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"I had the best 3 days in Modena! I traveled alone and I was worried I wouldn’t feel safe. staying at the Central Park hotel was the best decision I made. Staff was very welcoming and helpful . Starting with Costantino at the front desk was always helpful from the day I did my check in. Very helpful and always welcoming with a nice smile! Everyday I came back from my day out he would ask me how my day went We always had a little chit chat. Vincenzo was also super helpful in showing me the way on how the train system works. Very nice man, funny and professional always happy to help ! And the waiter at breakfast always so welcoming from day one. I forget him name ! Really nice man had nice chit chats with him too😊 Location was also great! Not far from the train station. Close to the city center. Neighborhood seamed safe and perfect for solo traveler. Room was spacious and very clean. Next time I’m in Modena I definitely will go back to this hotel! "
