"The property is beautiful and private which we loved. We did wish there had been a bigger communal dining table so we could have all gathered in one space, but we made it work with the addition of two card tables that we brought. It has a wonderful kitchen - the appliances were wonderful, but it was severely under appointed. No serving bowls, one mixing bowl, one frying pan and an odd mix of flat baking pans and utensils. There were several scuff marks, etc on walls, so it had a somewhat unclean...

The beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and respectful. It was a great place to stay with the days we were there for our family wedding."

Just the right size on a quiet street. It was decorated in a way that made us feel at home. Its nearby all the wonderful places that Smyrna has to offer. The host was gracious and responsive and we really appreciated that. Thank you"

"We stayed here to two nights, the house was nice and spacious and all the amenities/extras we needed. The couch was very comfortable, and the beds were also extremely comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep (sometimes an issue when staying in rentals). We had one minor issue that Patrick took care of quickly. Patrick was an amazing host and has excellent communication."
