The people above us were stomping around and we could also hear someone else’s TV so rooms aren’t very sound proof at all. Also could’ve done with a few more pillows as the ones provided were very flat. Otherwise breakfast was great and we ate dinner in the pub which was also good. Would recommend."

"Very welcoming staff so that was a great first impression. Very well presented accommodation. Great shower. Plenty of beverages and having a sofa too in the evening was a bonus. Enjoyed some good food in the pub along with a very drinkable bottle of red. Great atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. It is only self serve continental breakfast of cereal, yoghurt and toast. But price we paid was ok for that. Bad points - road was noisy but ear plugs sorted that out. Also need an eye...

Arthur also made some good recommendations for visiting local attractions. Enjoyable stay."
