"I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was...

"We came to Laurel Ridge after Hurricane Helene hit western NC (we live in Asheville). Alisha was very responsive and flexible with our plans and needs, given our circumstances were so unstable and stressful. We were so grateful to find a place that allowed us to bring our two dogs. The wooded neighborhood is quiet and lovely."

"So very clean, very nicely but simply decorated. Bed was VERY comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen had all the basic needs. And owner was so kind to allow a late check out. We will be back. "

The place was amazing -super clean and very accommodating!We had a wonderful time and appreciated all of the amenities. The one suggestion would be to have better sheets (thicker) at least on the king bed -the sheets were super thin and the fitted sheet did not stay put. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable."
