The location is also a big plus—just a short and easy walk to the town centre and harbour, making it perfect for exploring Inverness. "5 star luxury boutique hotel that was either recently just built or fully renovated. Breakfast was amazing and included in the pricing. Trail mix and mineral water was provided free of charge each day. The only downside was the pricing which I felt was on the high side, but I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was cordial but not really welcoming. "

"Staff and service was great, breakfast very good. Hotel,room very clean. Bed, linens comfortable, shower great water pressure and lots of hot water. But property is shabby,needs upkeep,improvements. Harbor area underwhelming. Not worth the price for a very mediocre waterfront area. Next time will stay farther out for better quality. "
