"I simply cannot say enough about this property and host! Chelsea was absolutely amazing, went way above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and stress free! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. It was so nice to have this home as our home base for the long weekend. Everything we needed was right there; there’s not a thing I can think of that our gracious hosts didn’t provide. What a treasure!"

"It was amazing.Being a successful Bed & Breakfast owner, there are a few items that could be added to make a stay even better. An outside light should be on and working, when it gets dark, it was extremely hard to park and walk to the front door in the dark. There should’ve been warm blankets on all of the beds. "Smithfield is the approximate mid point between us and friends. We decided to do a meet up and spend a weekend together. The house was perfect for dining and relaxing. The owners went above and beyond with accommodations and amenities. Housekeeping had the place immaculately prepared. We enjoyed our time here and already contemplating future stays. Thank You!"

"My family of seven stayed at the property. Check in was great. Priory could use some lights at the backyard entrance door to gain entrance. Inside was real cozy, definitely reminded us of grandma's house. We are a large family and the home had enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for us all, but not enough chairs to accomodate us at the dining table or in the living room watching TV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "
