"Everything was good except for they put us on the third floor and the elevator did not go down from the third floor. The button on the third floor is broken. I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out. "

"Took me 2 hours just to check in. check in is supposed to start at 3 and i arrived at 3 and was told i had to wait 30mins to check in because the "manager" wasn't there. i waited a little over 30 mins and came back and it took another hour and a half to check in. i finally got into my room and he put me into the wrong unit. not the one i paid for. everything was dirty, plenty of burn holes in curtain to the bed sheets and even the shower curtain. and the shower curtain has so much mold on the...

"Room will cleaned no insects, wish i had known animals could stay, just a couple days of barking but not at quiet time. "
