"The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. The risk is with the parking - there is free parking on the street but not always available place. But we were lucky to find one on both days. "

In a stunning position on the hill overlooking Roses, Check in was easy and straightforward and the staff so helpful our room was on the 3rd floor which we had requested for the views there is a lift to take you to all three floors and down to the lower floor where you will find the breakfast,lunch & dinning room We only had breakfast which was a buffet breakfast, plenty of choice though ( all meals are buffet meals) There is a bar and games room on the level lower than...
