"Was a perfect location for my 3-night stay. Room very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Heard from others that the complimentary coffee on the second floor was very good, but I am not a coffee drinker so I was not able to take full advantage of that included amenity. Would have liked a greater selection of teas or hot chocolate as an alternative to coffee. My room included an automatic coffee maker, but no pods for coffee or tea. My room also included a small fridge and microwave, which was great. A room booked for another member of my group was missing those two items."

"Amazing location right in the Loop and steps away from the Mag Mile. It’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff was very nice. The hotel gym was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. "
