"Property management and location were amazing "

"I wanted an inexpensive room while staying in Inverness for the night. This room had everything that I needed, a private bathroom with shower, a bed with a tv and a night stand. The rooms looked a little dated but I didnt care about that. There is a Chinese restaurant connected so I was able to get some take out and eat in my room since I was too tired to go out into town. It was right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shopping so Im sure those who want to go out would have plenty of...

The front desk clerk seemed indifferent and she seemed like she was trying to talk us out of breakfast at the hotel. You can strongly smell Indian food throughout the building, so that may bother some. All in all, it was fine and met our needs. We were there for 1 night only. "

"This is a home with just three or so guest rooms. The house is beautiful and elegant. My room was spare in its furnishings, but very comfortable. The en suite bathroom was sleek and modern. I drove downtown, but you could walk to it if you prefer. Having parking on site is very convenient."

"Glenan Lodge is a lovely property. Everything was well set up, clean and comfortable. While it’s set in a lovely location, there’s a drive required for any dining options. This was perfectly fine for lunch and dinner (Carrbridge was fantastic) but I would have liked a breakfast option in the property itself."

"We had a great stay at this lovely B&B run by a very welcoming couple, Margaret & Sandy. Very spacious room for us which had en-suite facilities, fridge, seating area and tea & coffee facilities too. As for the breakfast…expect a hearty start to the day whether it’s all the trimmings or just porridge. We’d certainly recommend!"
