"Wonderful apartment with plenty of space for 3 of us on a work-related trip to Oak Park. Comfortable over a range of temperatures, nice kitchen facilities, excellent laundry, spotlessly clean. Quiet with the windows closed, beautiful deck in the back we used the first (warm) day we were there. Nice one parking space on premise. Only minor issues were top (third) floor location/walk up when toting groceries and TV was a bit difficult to use. Would love to stay there again!"

"The place was clean but very cold even when the heat was requested to be turned up. Probably just part of being in a basement. Overall, it was a great place but wish there was a Keurig and complimentary coffee. Coffee was the one thing I didn’t think about bringing. "

"The owner of the property would answer my questions immediately. He was kind and explained everything. When we arrived the rooms were warm and lights were on. They had a book inside explaining everything as well. It was just a sweet small place we needed to visit our daughter for a short weekend. It was safe and quiet. I highly recommend staying here."
