"Property was so welcoming with basket with wine, fruit and other goodies. A great place to enjoy the ocean views and all of the super restaurants and much more local area has to offer!!(The written description says the dining table seats 6, with cushioned chairs- not correct. The photo is correct, it’s a round table, 4 chairs w/o cushions. Write up when we booked it,appeared there was a hot tub. That was recently corrected, as no hot tub)"

"The house has tons of space, is well equipped, and it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach is honestly one of the nicest we’ve seen in all of Florida (we’ve seen most). It’s a very quite area and perfect for a family with young kids."

"Beautiful home with lots of space, great decor and updated kitchen with everything needed, beautiful floors and updated baths. Beds were super comfortable. Super quick walk to the beach (4 minutes) and close to everything in Melbourne Beach. Michael was very responsive. Loved staying here for our annual FL vacation! Thank you!"

"Perfect location! 5-minute walk to the beach. Nice pool, hot tub. House was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen fairly well-stocked, although no basics like salt and pepper, foil, baggies or measuring cups. Plenty of beach towels! Access to clubhouse pool was nice. Kids loved the arcade games. We would return. Excellent stay!"

"We hit the lottery with this property! It was the reason for our best vacation ever, such a quiet relaxed neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle , yet close enough to bike or walk to either the ocean or the river.The house was just as listed with a heated pool to boot.Hoping we hit the lottery next year. "This property is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, quiet neighborhood even though there was construction going on, hardly noticed any of it. Great location. Plenty of shopping options, restaurant options and only 40 minutes to the beaches. My kids had a blast in the game room, there was mini golf as well which was fun, nice pool available but too cold to try it during this time of year. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages I sent. Wonderful host to work with. Will definitely...

"We loved our stay in Chris' house. Everything was just as described, clean and comfortable. We were 5 people in the house plus one dog, and the space was nicely laid out to give everyone privacy (one person slept on the couch in the living room). We really loved the proximity to the beach and the leisurely walk into town every day."

"The staff was very helpful and the room was extremely comfortable. The door from our room was just steps from the beach and the pool is kept at a very pleasing (warm) temperature. This was our first time staying at Tuckaway Shores, but we will definitely be back... hopefully very soon."
