It can be annoying if you need to use an Uber or taxi because you’ll need to walk to one of the entrances but makes it safer. Cute cats hang outside on the back deck. Path down to the water. "

"We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. At low tide, you can walk quite a distance along the beach and explore tidal pools. We loved that it was walking distance to Puerto Nuevo and close to other surf breaks. The...

"Had a great stay in Las Gaviotas at this property. It’s a short walk from the beach area, and super close to the entrance, tennis courts, and pool. The whole area is very easy to navigate to all the amenities. The property had some great retro style touches that I really enjoyed-tile, chairs etc. The on site property manager, Milano, checked in on us Frequently via text to make sure all was good. Great stay."

"The property was double booked. There is a tenant leaving there. We traveled from la and when we get there iy was not available for is without a warning from expedia and the host. I t was confirmed and paid one month before going to the place. Very bad experience "
