"Les Roses de Coulon is a beautiful retreat, nestled in the quiet countryside. It has all the amenities needed to spend the whole time relaxing in and around the property, but if you can tear yourself away there is plenty to do within a short drive. "We had a fabulous stay ! The house and garden were perfect - it’s was so hot when we stayed that we spent a lot of time in the pool which we loved. Lots of beautiful touches I’d quite like French properties to have key safes but they don’t seem to do that. Communications with Philippe were also perfect "

Auch is very easy to navigate and has a beautiful old section. Although there are no shops or boulangeries in Castin the supermarket is only 10mins drive. We would love to return."

"I was extremely pleased with hotel de college! Beautiful hotel, well appointed room, very happy with the thermal baths right next door. My room also had a mini kitchen which was fantastic as a great to go kitchen basically across the street(and I was by myself doing the gr 65). I hate hotels who don't let you open the windows so this was also a plus. Best night of my trip so far!"

"Mark and Gill were super hosts from start to finish. The facilities at the property were outstanding - fabulous heated swimming pool; well equipped games room; comfortable, spacious, well appointed accommodation; provision of bicycles and other sports equipment; large garden set in a peaceful, rural, location. Near to cycle path, tennis court and interesting towns. It was perfect for our family who all had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended "

Large, completely renovated country house with swimming pool

"The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
