"Good spot for a short stay. It is indeed a *cozy* hideaway, but the room has all the essentials. We did find that the towels provided were still damp (presumably from being washed for changeover) and the room ventilation is not great so it is difficult to get things to dry (e.g. towels between showers). Kitchenette is nicely presented and has the essentials (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge), bedding was clean and comfortable, on the whole would recommend if you just need a place to sleep...

"Apartment was suitable for one night however bed was a bit small for two adults, shower cubicle was too small as my 6ft 3 partner couldn’t shower without bending his neck and I had trouble moving around in the cubicle because of the size. But very clean and very good communication. "

"Lovely flat, lovely view over the bay and the sea. Everything you need in the flat to make your stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable but missing slats which meant if you sat on it wrong would fall through. Comfy sofa bed with linen. I would recommend and would stay here again. Owners on hand if you need help. Thank you for a lovely stay xxx "

"This is a good apartment as it’s so close to Cardiff by road or train. It’s also very close to local shops and a 15 min walk to the lovely pier and beach. What the ad doesn’t tell you is the apartment is at the side of the train stop that runs every 15 minutes. We chose it as it had parking but again once we booked, it’s not suitable for a large vehicle which we have. The toilet seat in the en suite is too small for the toilet so went flying. "Lovely property in a quiet, peaceful location, gated with fantastic and attentive hosts from the minute we booked. Well equipped with everything you would need. Added extras like a fan due to the heat and refreshment when we arrived late in the evening which was not a problem. Nice and clean and very spacious for 2 people. "Great location lovely apartment. Had hoped for a better balcony it didn’t feel secure enough to sit out on and was too narrow no furniture on it. Also the day before I left I returned to find a rug in the lounge that wasn’t there before so someone had been in apartment while I out. I would have been good to have been given prior notice that this would be happening."

"This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. Luxury apartments they are not - and the price was very high because it was an international match weekend. But I’d definitely recommend as a base to stay and hang out. "

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. "Honestly the most enjoyable hotel stay in a long while. The hotel itself is great but the staff and the level of service is what makes this place stand head and shoulders above others. ALL of the staff from reception, to restaurant to the engineer who came to week our air con controls were just lovely and so efficient. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you"

"This might just be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I came straight from work, upon my arrival to reception, the receptionist (Amelie/Amelia?) could not have been more welcoming. As I was checking in, I was offered a complimentary drink which was lovely. I was then offered to sign up to the free members club which I did and immediately got a free room upgrade and 2 mini bottles of Prosecco for the room as I was having a girls night with my best friend. The room was huge, the view was stunning and the breakfast was to die for. Can't wait to come back. Every second was pure bliss. Thank you so much for such a magnificent stay. "
