When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. "

"We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. The view from the house and garden is breathtaking: a perfect location in which to enjoy the lovely scenery all around. There is so much to see in the area, both locally and further afield. Karen is a fantastic host: knows everything about the area, available to answer any question, nothing is too much trouble. We can fully recommend Ca' Ginota for a wonderful holiday."

"Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"1 week met familie verbleven in Murisengo. Adres is goed te vinden aan de hand van de routebeschrijving incl foto. Huisje in orde, boven is de keuken en woonkamer, beneden een slaapkamer en douche/bad. Als je buiten wilt eten moet je dus trap op trap af. Overigens is het terras voorzien van een overkapping die open/dicht kan. Wat meer onderhoud kan geen kwaad! Zo doet de airco in de woonkamer het niet, is de afvoer van een douche niet optimaal. ook zwembad is lekker en mooi maar ook hier is af...

"We visited Turin during the month of September. The temperatures were high during the day and minimal cooling late at night. The listing had air conditioning but in fact meant two portable air conditioners. Unfortunately one unit was broken. I contacted Maria and she promised to come the next day to work on it. She came the next day and replaced the unit, unfortunately it did not work either. I contacted her but received no response. All of us moved to the upstairs to sleep with the one unit....
