"First of all, this property is amazing - and exactly as shown. It's also in an amazing neighborhood. What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. She is a fabulous communicator with a warm and generous heart. We had an emergency situation during our stay and Giulia went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. "No heat in apartment! 40 degrees outside…seemed like 40 degrees inside! Owner promised to turn on heat “remotely” but didn’t. He knew heater wasn’t working. We checked out the next morning at 9am. We couldn’t take the cold! Owner still charged us for the second day."

"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"Clean and modern. Amazing view from the piazza of Lake Como. Extremely attentive host. Garage space great for small car. The walk up to the house is well worth the view and the serenity of the hillside. Def consult the hosts Instagram page for directions. Will stay again!"

"Leider lag die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Como nach Bellagio. Den ganzen Tag donnerte der Verkehr vorbei, was sehr laut war. Dadurch war die Terrasse nur bedingt nutzbar. Abends und nachts war es relativ ruhig. Außerdem war von der Wohnung aus kein Geschäft, Restaurant etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. Man musste immer mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren und am Ankunftsort war das Problem, dass man meistens kein Parkplatz fand. In der Wohnung war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da irgendetwas...

"Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely."

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."

"Sehr schönes haus in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist echt top! Leider haben die Räume innen teilweise etwas Schimmel an den Wänden und die Straße ist die letzten 500m nicht asphaltiert und hat viele Schlaglöcher. Abgesehen davon ist es wunderbares Objekt ist super Lage!"

"Thank you for a perfect stay. From the amazing view of the mountains and lake to the cafe for coffee and pastry in the morning and Rocco Pom for dinner.
