"A great apartment. It's very big and spacious and everything is new and it's been decorated to a high standard. It's great having two large double rooms and the bathroom is ideal. "Agnes the owner is very nice. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, be sure to check out the Church in a field of sunflowers about 4 miles away. Train to Paris is easy and about an hours ride. You will need a car to get around though in general including to the station."

"We stayed for 9 days to relax, visit Paris and boulder in Fontainebleau forest. Gîte du Val D’auneau was the perfect base. Incredibly spacious, private and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. Excellent pool area kept the kids happy for hours a the lovely covered outdoor dining area was a wonderful place to eat. Andréa and Philippe were the perfect hosts, they answered a questions promptly but allowed our privacy. Very highly recommended "
