Wonderful lakefront vacation!
We stayed a week on Seneca lake in this perfect house! We got together with our adult children and grandchild. A great time was had by all. Gordon was available for any questions and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

Peaceful Seneca Lake cottage with beautiful sunsets.
This is our third stay at Gordon’s cottage. We keep coming back because the cottage is very clean, in a very nice neighborhood with gorgeous views. The bleach is only one step down from the deck and a fire pit and kayaks are provided for great family fun. Central air conditioning was added this year to make it even more comfortable. The owner is very responsive to any questions or issues.

Beautiful little house right on the water! Pictures were accurate and the home was as described in the listing. Everything inside and outside the home was immaculate! Communication with the host was easy and he responded promptly to any concerns I had.

The property was just as presented. Neat and clean and charming. A very comfortable home in a beautiful, convenient location for what we wanted to do - three college chums celebrating 54 years of friendship, tasting wine, exploring the area, catching up, and enjoying the outside space. The lovely dock area and the cozy fire pit were great for catching the sunset and star gazing. A wonderful stay. Gordon was very easy to communicate with when needed, which was only a question or two.

Perfect little place
This house was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect! You can’t get any closer to the water. You can hear the waves of the lake crashing on shore from anywhere in the house. It had everything you needed to make food and drinks. We didn’t use the outside space as much as we would have liked to (rainy and cold October weekend) but if it were nicer out we would have been out there all night. The owner was thorough in his instructions and check in/check out couldn’t have been easier. If you want to have a worry free, relaxing time at Lake Seneca, I would recommend staying here!! We will be back!!

Second Stay.
This was our second second stay at Gordon’s cottage. We enjoyed it as much as the first time. Very clean and well decorated. Plenty of seating outside and there is only one step to the beach. We made use of the fire pit and grill. The sunsets are spectacular. It is exactly as advertised.

Perfect Finger Lakes Getaway
This house was perfect for me and my husband for our week in the Finger Lakes. The house is beautifully decorated and Gordon proactively communicated but we had everything we needed when we arrived. We loved morning coffee on the deck or dock - lots of umbrellas for the sunny afternoons. The house is perfectly situated for beautiful sunsets and a great location for easy drives to Geneva and many wineries and breweries. Highly recommend Standing Stone and Boundary Breaks on the east side, HJW and Red Tail Ridge on the west. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Great stay on Lake Cayuga!
We had a great vacation at Kerry‘s Lakehouse. The location can’t be beat and the neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to nearby parks, walking distance to Wolffys restaurant on the lake, and easy drives to all of our favorite Finger Lakes locations. Kerry was excellent at communication and let us check in early which was a big plus. The house is very comfortable and has anything you might need in the kitchen and for outside lounging. It was hot/humid during our stay and the 2 ACs - one upstairs and one down -kept the entire house very cool (and we’re always warm!) There are also ceiling fans in the main rooms and standing fans in every room. Both beds that we used were extremely comfortable and we slept great. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again!

Best Family Vacation!
We had the best vacation here! The cottage is so comfortable, decorated beautifully, with a well stocked kitchen and everything is spotless. The view is absolutely gorgeous. So nice waking up to these beautiful views and enjoying the most gorgeous sunsets right from the deck. The pictures online do not do it justice. Kids loved the kayaks, paddle board and fire pit for nightly s’mores. We rented pontoon boats for 3 days from Stivers about 10 minutes away. We had a blast tubing and just enjoying the beautiful scenery from the lake. We also visited a few wineries in the area which were so lovely. We had one rainy day forecast so we took a trip up to Niagara Falls just 2 hours away and had the best time much to my surprise. The owner, Gordon, was quick to answer my questions before we arrived, check in and out was easy. We did not need to contact Gordon during our stay because everything was perfect. Thank you again Gordon for sharing your beautiful cottage with us, we hope to be back!

Sunset serenity
A lovely relaxing week at the lake. The house is so comfortable we feel at home right away. The kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor space and view are perfect. Sunsets nightly from the deck are breathtaking. This was our third stay and we hope to visit again in the future. Gordon is always available and responsive.

Spent a lovely weekend with friends, very clean property. Bathroom is amazing with rainfall shower head. Enjoyed sitting at the campfire lakeside as well as drinking coffee on the dock in the morning.

Quiet lakeside getaway
This was a great choice for a getaway with my husband for our tenth wedding anniversary. We LOVED the location- a semi-private drive off of a private residential loop, it was so quiet and peaceful. The lake is so close that if there's any wind at all, you can hear the waves from inside. Amenities were great, very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Lovely Seneca Lake
Lovely, clean property. We especially liked that it was all one level and easy access to the lake. We had a family picnic one day and the kayaks were enjoyed ! It’s a nice , safe neighborhood and close to Geneva and wineries. Definitely recommend!

This property was just gorgeous. Sunsets were amazing. If you want a vacation to sit/read/watch the water and kayak short kayak trips......this is the place. If you want to enjoy the lake, boat, swim, paddle board ........stay somewhere else. Lake is very rough in this area and there is no safe place to store/dock your boat. Very expensive vacation to sit and watch sunset.
