"My friend and I came up to do some biking on the C&O and western Maryland rail trail, and to also do some hiking! Weather was perfect and the cozy cabin fit all our needs perfectly!. Very cutely decorated…Clean…Beautiful views. The host even invited us for dinner one night if we wanted to join them! Check in was easy and there was even a few snacks and waters provided. All very thoughtful gestures. We were warned that there was a two mile stretch of rougher road leading up to the cabin but...

"The cottage is the perfect getaway for the holiday. It is spacious, cozy, and very well maintained with things like towels and cooking utensils. Our dog loved to run around on the grass. It is also very close to Lost River State Park for a nice hike. We will definitely come back if we get another chance!"

"We stayed at the lovely property so that we could attend a family reunion at Lost River State Park. The park was only about 7 miles from the house. The home was lovely. Clean and well maintained. We loved the front porch swing and my 12 year old son spent time on the swing off the front porch. We put on water shoes and explored the creek out back too! "We had a great stay at the cabin! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at home but we would recommend bringing some groceries. The house was clean and inviting and offered lots of privacy. There was no cell service but the Wi-Fi was great. We’d love to return!"
