"We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind. Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. "We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too! The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a lovely terrace giving the most amazing views along the coast and across the valley to the mountains."

"Padrona di casa molto disponibile e accogliente! Appartamento ottimo e molto spazioso,con anche posto auto.. L unica cosa negativa è la posizione,bisogna avere per forza un mezzo di trasporto per potersi spostare(anche solo per far spesa) e la spiaggia distante e scomoda,oltre al fatto che di spiaggia non ce nè,quindi per i bambini non va bene essendoci tanti scogli!!"

"L'alloggio, ottimo! La posizione anche! L'unico inconveniente è stato l'aver richiesto l'arrivo entro le 10 e la partenza per le 17; ma abbiamo avuto problemi in entrambi i casi. L'arrivo è stato risolto dal proprietario. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza. Inoltre ad ogni richiesta del numero di telefono del proprietario; questo veniva sempre oscurato dal sito. All'arrivo, siamo stati costretti a cercare il proprietario tramite i vicini di casa."

"Leider sind im Inserat Fotos einer Nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeit um das Inserat zu pushen. Zb. Die Bilder des Aussenbereichs. Leider ist das Leitungswasser in Oliveri Salzig! Sehr schlechte Parkplatzsituation. Überfüllte Straßen im August (Problematisch mit einem Kombi gewesen). Unser Auto wurde im Hof gerammt. Zugesicherter Parkplatz konnte nicht gestellt werden. "

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"
