"This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. Silvia was so helpful with setting up tours, van service and little conveniences. Strongly recommend Riad Riari"

"I booked this property for a weekend in October 2024 for 14 adults for my birthday celebration. The host arrived at check-in time and gave us an introduction and tour, and made sure we were able to contact him. The house is as advertised in the photos and description. We had a few small issues which were resolved by the host. The location is good, but be prepared to walk as nothing is real close, and it's on the top of a hill. "Everything was perfect, from being able to check in a bit early after a long flight, to being able to relax before heading to our next destination. Staff went above and beyond. Front desk staff was always available to help and answer questions. One of the managers made sure to greet us to make sure everything went well. Breakfast had many options for me, someone who has many restrictions on food. Room was very clean and had lots of room for me and my son. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was great and so was the staff. The breakfast was quite good and we spent several pleasant evenings at the bar. We had a water issue in our original room and the staff was super about looking into it and moving us. Very happy stay!!"

"The hotel was near the Rome Termini train station, which we used for day trips to Tuscany and Florence. It was a 20 min walk to Tevin fountain and the Coliseum. We used the Artemis’s as a home base for 8 days. The breakfast buffet was full of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cappuccino, American coffee, and juices. The only concern were the bathtubs. We had to ask for a bath at for our 88 year old father. It was a struggle for him and they didn’t have anything to hold onto. "
