"This was a very good spot for a family stay. Plenty of room. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the room in English or French for the kitchenette. The beds were comfy. It was an easy bus trip into the city centre and easy access to main motorways. "

"Very clean comfortable apartment in a wide open space opening out onto the pool. Great seating area on the balcony (Downstairs apartments had a good space outside their units). Apartment was well fitted out. A little far from the village but easy driving and parking. A good location to explore Mont St Michel."

"Beautiful cottage house situated near Mt. Saint Michel. You are about 20 minutes away from the parking lot of the Mont Saint Michel visitor center. The host only speaks French. The reason for the four-star review was because the property details didn't mention anything about an extra charge for linens/bed sheets. The host messaged me asking if we would like the linens for an additional 50 Euro. I told her that wasn't disclosed in the VRBO description and I would not be paying that. She then...

"My daughter and I greatly enjoyed our recent overnight stay at La Mere Poulard. The current renovations did lend to a less-than-ideal level of cleanliness and noise, and the buildings are definitely in need of them. Despite this, however, it was hard to be upset in such a historic and beautiful place! Breakfast was delightful. We would definitely stay again- and highly recommend a meal at the restaurant! "

"The position is amazing with unimpeded views towards the mount. The walk to the island from there is flat and easy if you enjoy walking or you can take the free shuttle bus which stops right outside. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a wonderful view across the fields to Mont Saint Michel. "
