Welcome to your home away from home in Rolleston. The home has 3 double bedrooms and large master with ensuite. Modern kitchen and pantry, 2 spacious living areas, separate dining area and plenty of outdoor space.

Located just off SH1 and within 5mins walk to 2 supermarkets and the town center which includes restaurants, bars, cafe's and other amenities.

The back yard is sunny and spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play, enjoy an outdoor meal or just relax in the sun.

2 Heatpumps will keep you warm/cool with additional heating throughout the home to ensure no one is ever cold.
