"The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff."

"Our night at the Heritage Hotel Hallstatt was one of the most memorable parts of our honeymoon. "We stayed in the room called wald. Had a lovely stay from the warm welcome with chocolates and wine to the huge bathtub with plenty of amenities. The breakfasts were really beautifully put together and served in room which we liked. We were really grateful for the attentive hosts who even went out of their way to get us decaf coffee when requested. The room was very clean and was much larger than we expected. The views were spectacular from the windows."
