"The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! "This hotel was incredibly comfortable. It is in the heart of the inner city, just a few paces from the Cathedral, and is very quiet. Rooms, breakfast, decor very nice. My flight was very delayed so I arrived not long before midnight but when I emailed from Frankfurt the staff were super helpful, and made arrangements so I could let myself in however late I arrived. Very nice welcome. Highly recommended"

"no towels provided for the pool, loud music in the hotel that could be heard in the rooms, not enough lounge chairs for the pool area so be ready to grass it"

"Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but be warned, there is NO A/C! You may get a fan, but it is not really the same if it is hot outside. The best part of the stay was the breakfast."

"Great Staff!! Check-in was easy and helpful. The restaurant service was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good. The only downside side was that the sauna area was only open from 5pm-9pm."

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"War alles sehr gut, nur Frühstücksbrötchen besorgen, ist für normale Menschen zu Fuß sehr beschwerlich, da das nächste Geschäft unten in der Ortschaft ist und man dafür schon einen strammen bergab und sehr bergauf Spaziergang machen muss"

Exceptional Service and Value—A Must-Visit Hotel!

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "

Our two week holiday

"A traditional barn conversion on a working farm we had cows just outside our windows and chickens roaming in the yard.If you dont speak German not easy to communicate with owner as they don't speak English, but able to get by. Yes we wouls stay there again."
