"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"We took a family trip to Napa to visit our oldest son and spend some time in the valley. There was no doubt that we were going to stay in the damar house again and it was perfect just like the last time. Beautiful home, perfect location, and great host. Highly recommended."
