"Haus und Umgebung waren gut , entsprachen voll unseren Erwartungen. Auch der Service von Novasol war ok. Ein Problem gab es mit dem Fernsehen. Dabei konnte auch Novasol scheinbar nicht helfen, Fernsehprogramm (deutsch) lief nur über Apple App, die notwendige Pin dazu konnten wir nicht bekommen. Da waren die Enkelkinder etwas enttäuscht. Ansonsten schönes Haus gut ausgestattet schöne Ferien. Peter Lümen"

"Im Winter nicht zu empfehlen, es sei denn man möchte täglich 4 Säcke Holz schleppen. Dusche ist auch nur für Eisbären und Pinguine zu empfehlen. Weil mit Glück wurde das Wasser lauwarm. Im Sommer bestimmt toll, im Winter geht dad gar nicht. Nicht mal mit der EHeizung und der Klimaanlage. Nach 3 Tagen haben wir halb erfroren aufgegeben."

"Erster Eindruck war gut. Beim Betten beziehen festgestellt das Bonbons und Lakritz unter der Matratze lag. Ein Zimmer roch sehr streng. In der Hotline von Novasol wurde uns gesagt dass das kein Notfall ist und am Wochenende nichts gemacht werden kann. Der Hausmeister schaute ab Montag jeden Tag mal nach der Regenrinne der Drainage usw. fand allerdings nicht warum es in dem einen Raum streng roch. Der Rest der Wohnung war halbwegs sauber. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub. Die gegend war sehr...

"We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."
