Good but a few issues
Great location, super views. Very clean. Only issues was light bulb out in upstairs bathroom. A/C not working in basement bedroom. Sofa bed had sharp springs exposed on side. Called property manager who thought she fixed the A/C but still did not work. Didn't feel the house was checked before checking in to make sure everything was working properly.

The place was not very clean - food smudges and crumbs in fridge and cabinets. Bath mats were not clean. Tattered, old hand towels that should be rags. Lots of empty cheap shampoo and conditioner bottles. Upstairs bath fan was broken and loud. A very large, open bag of dog food in kitchen cabinet was attracting ants. Cheap linens. No dish soap or coffee to speak of. On the positive side - amazing location and view. Good Wi-Fi. Comfy furniture and beds.

Fantastic Thanksgiving get-together
This Rocky Point rental was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving weekend- roomy house with beautiful views of the LI Sound and a quaint, wooded neighborhood. The main floor was open and spacious and has a bedroom and bathroom, our two kids loved the lower level with it's own tv area and (king)bedroom and the upstairs has a fun game area as well as a king bed and bathroom. The decks overlooking the LI Sound are a perfect spot for your morning coffee. Thanks to the owner for her quick responses. Wonderful memories were made!

The house and setting are beautiful! We were very busy and sadly did not get to go down the the beach. Clearly the house was well planned, and quality furnishings were there. We were very comfortable.

What a great location! The view of the Sound is lovely; we enjoyed seeing deer in the backyard. The large main living space is very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with a window.

Beautiful property. Perfect for 3 families
Shared this spacious hideaway with my siblings’ families for our sister’s wedding not far away. The place was perfect with a beautiful ocean view, close access to private beaches, and even a family of deer that frequently pranced through or laid in the lawn! The inside is beautiful as well and we were really impressed with the quietness within the home. Couldn’t hear a peep from anyone else the whole time. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Fabulous Home ... for 6.
The property and the home are beautiful and the view is spectacular. In general, we had an excellent stay that was more cost effective than four hotel rooms and significantly nicer. My only minor complaint is the condition of the pullout couch. We had three different adults take turns on this "bed" and all said it was AWFUL! Being marketed as a home that sleeps 8, this should definitely be replaced/upgraded. Otherwise, I would recommend this home and/or rent it again.

Arriving on a rainy Thursday, it was refreshing to see the house and property exactly as described. The kitchen was ready for use and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We were blessed the first night to see a family of deer settle in for a nights rest...location was great. My friends and I can't wait to stay again soin

Great Rocky Point Family House!
Our family had a wonderful visit at this Rocky Point home. There is plenty of room for the whole family as we were in town for a family celebration. Stairs to the upstairs and basement are steep and I would recommend elderly visitors to stay in the ground-level queen room. Upstairs and basement bedrooms have comfortable king beds with a bathroom on the main level and in the upstairs loft/bedroom. This home is bright and airy with beautiful outside porches. It is a perfect location in Rocky Point close to the beach and town. We're looking to return in the future. Lara the host is amazing and answered questions immediately.

The property and its location were wonderful. Plenty of space and the view from the back deck is incredible.The town of Rocky Point was very nice. The check in and out process with Lara was easy and she was very helpful. Loved it.

Amazing Property!
This was such an amazing home to stay in for the weekend. It was actually a very rainy Halloween weekend but this was the perfect spot to be stuck in. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sound made it very majestic and there was so much space. Everyone found their little nook to read, play games or watch tv. We cooked a ton and the spacious dining room table was also the source of many game nights. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for true quality relaxing time with friends and family. Also our property agent Lara was so communicative and always making sure we were set.
