"Overall the cabin is excellent but the cleanliness is lacking. Both toilets had to be cleaned before we could use them. There are cobwebs all over pics and ceiling, ceiling fans haven't been dusted.To be honest - we had a great time and will be back. Just wish it was a bit cleaner."

"The house was as pictured, clean, perfect for our stay. Great location with lots of privacy and close to park. Our time was spent more outdoors and at park but came back to comfortable beds and warm showers. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve food and drinks. Fire pit was nice at night and played horseshoe and other fun outdoor games.Only suggestion: Would suggest bringing fold out chairs if want to watch TV with all guests with your party. "Right there for the Three Twisted Sisters ride. Very cute and the Hens with eggs were an amazing touch!!! Such a cute cozy little cabin- absolutely a gem in Leakey! Owners were fast to respond with our questions!! Loved it!"

"We stayed for two days with two adults and two teenagers to relax before the holidays. It was exactly what we needed and what was pictured in the listing. The property had great outdoor seating areas, view of the river, and the house was a great size for four people. It's also close to some of our favorite state parks for hiking. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!"

"I rented the cabin for a couples getaway and our friends rented the other cabin on the property. This was the perfect set up to for us. We were able to hang out all day, and each couple was able to retire to their own cabin at night. We brought our two dogs and they loved it! "

"The check in process was seamless. Our host was quite possibly the sweetest lady ever. The cabin was very secluded and private, and had immediate private river access. The stargazer is perfectly named, there is zero light pollution out here and the night sky was amazing. I would reccomend 12 out of 10."

"This place is in town, very convenient to everything, yet feels like you’re out of town because of the surrounding trees. Beautiful property and accommodations. Very well thought out and comfortable with lots of space. Communication was excellent. Never had any problems but I felt that response would be quick if there was. You will not want to leave!"

"This little cabin is quaint, Cozy and off the beaten path. With it being off the beaten path, it is probably super important for you to know if there’s no cell service. "Our stay at Treetop Oasis was more than we could have asked for. It was the perfect getaway. The house was cozy, worth the price, and had the most beautiful view. We had access to the river which the water was crystal clear and there was a lot of activities for us to do. By the end of our trip we didn't even want to go home but we had to. "We had a great one-night stay at the one-bedroom cabin. The area was quiet. The fresh eggs from the chicken coop were an added bonus. We were able to enjoy hiking at Lost Maples and Garner parks as well as delicious burgers at Bent Rim bar and grill. The Catahoula gallery is a great store.
