"My daughter and I stayed at this adorable cottage for my sister’s birthday party in Sylacauga. The owners were easy to reach and eager to accommodate. The property was clean, easy to find, and on a very peaceful part of Lay Lake. We enjoyed our visit and recommend this rental property. "

"Would have loved to be right on the water. Was led to believe you were close. It was not a far walk but for a handicapped person, it was a trek. Also, this cabin when they say there is an office upstairs, they did not say there was an open window only closed by a barn door style closure. We could hear the phone conversation of the manager in the office. Although only a short time that we were there while office was open, we may have requested another cabin if we had known."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed. We enjoyed the outdoors, most of all. We did arts and crafts at the outdoor table. We relaxed on the deck and in the evening we had a beautiful fire in the fire pit. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area"

"We came for a crafting event at the end of June. The house is lovely and is “off the beaten path” which was fine with us. The owners were very responsive to some requests and had products delivered while we were there. The AC is not centralized but there are units in every room. We would stay there again."
