"Our room was on the first floor and smelled very, very musty when we walked in. My 4 year old grandaughter immediately commented that it smelt "really bad" so we opened up the patio door and turned on the bathroom fan which eventually helped. The pool temperature was quite cool and the indoor hottub jets would not turn on when we tried the switch unfortunately. The outdoor hottub was working properly and was quite lovely. "Good location near all the restaurants and businesses in town. The room is very nice and well maintained, 2 queen beds very comfortable. Bathroom nicely renovated. Good size room. Liked the Keurig coffee machine with cups to go in the morning. I definitely would stay there again. Highly recommend "

"Not bad, the kids like pool and spa, but the room’s bath water is small, there haven’t breakfast just cold things and more expensive. The sofa bed not good for sleeping, pretty uncomfortable! The pillows are bad and uncomfortable, my head hurts every day during I live there"

"The hotel is right on the lake and the view is stunning. There is an amazing path on which you can ride bikes, go for a walk or run. It’s a really nice place to stay at. Also the beds are super comfortable."

"The staff was very helpful. There was no recycle container for recycling. No plastic liner in the shower. Very good restaurant for supper . Very close to downtown Magog and stores and restaurants galore. If not for the rain both days it would have been perfect. Hotel room was great. Very comfy king size bed. Lots of pillows and blankets in case. Very nice hotel with elevator."
