"This is a magnificent property! You are right on the lake so gorgeous views. If you like walking in the morning, go east. There are tons of views of the lake because they cannot build many homes due to the ravine. We were about 1 mile outside of Geneva on the Lake, on the east side. There was a shuttle taking us to and from town. We booked a winery tour through the Geneva State Park Lodge. Plus, the hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely come back to stay! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was large enough for us to spend time together and to have personal space. Our host was extremely responsive to our communication and kind in her feedback. The s'mores fixings were a nice personal touch. I would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family and would also return myself. Probably when the weather is better so we can enjoy outdoor activities."

"The house as very clean, check in process was extremely easy and everything was just as listed. There a was an issue with the bedroom shower but I text the owner and within 15 minutes maintenance was there to fix the issue. I would definitely book this place again! "

"This was a great place in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. There is a short walk to the shore of Lake Erie, though with some steep stairs--but that's all part of the shoreline on this part of the lake. The place is also close to both Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake, but very quiet--at least in March. We would certainly love to return!"
