The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. Check in with a secure smart lock code that is provided to you prior to arrival.
The free parking on premises refers to a parking lot with a parking pass, couple blocks from the building. There is also street parking available. Please note this prior to booking.
The property owner is renovating the other apartments as well, construction noise during the day. It is an old historic building, full of charm and other tenants.
Pet fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 .
You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records. Only small pets are allowed under 50lbs.
