"Great location, very close to central station and tram stops. Really convenient for exploring the city and zoo, as well as further afield. The hotel is not staffed 24/7 but the adjacent hotel (which is part of the same group) is, and they can assist with check in/out, bookings and other queries. Everyone was really friendly. Not all of the hotel is accessible by lift so if this is needed, let the hotel know when booking. We would stay here again. "

The room I was booked into was not available, they provided me an upgraded room to allow me the opportunity to have so rest. This was much appreciated. "
