"A nice stay in pleasant cottage, surrounded by countryside and with relatively easy access to nearby beaches etc. Plenty of space, indoor and out. A few quirks and could do with a bit more of a clean, but overall it worked well for our multi generational family holiday."

"This was a really lovely house to stay for a week in Little Haven. It was very quiet, just a five minute walk into Little Haven which is a very sweet village. The house was easy to use, well equipped(butt need to bring bath and hand towels) and the heating was perfectly set so we didn’t not have to change the settings at all(mid to late October). The stairs were not a problem for any of us who were all in late 70s."

"Very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed, only thing we didn't find was a corkscrew ! Plenty of room, nice big kitchen.Only downside was the double bed which had an uncomfortable mattress, otherwise all perfect an uncomfortable mattressmamattress"

"What a wonderfully clever barn conversion! A twenty minute walk to Angle West beach and a mile and a half walk to Freshwater West beach. Our dogs loved the walks, as well, and all the local beaches dog friendly. The barn is well equipped for a family stay and if the weather does turn there are enough games and toys to keep the kids entertained for days, even the big ones! Le Chalet is lovely - clean, comfortable and well-equipped and worked perfectly for our family. We love being so close to the beach and being within a short drive of so many beautiful spots, as well as being right on the coastal path - handy for walks with wonderful views in either direction. Penny is a fantastic friendly host, answering queries promptly and providing thoughtful extra touches...

"spacious rooms, good selection of games. didn't find the recycling boxes and bags but then we didn't have much time at the property dust and cobwebs in a few corners but generally very good"

"The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we felt at home right away. There was plenty of space for 3 generations of family and we loved the hot tub. No queues for bathrooms with 3 showers and 4 toilets in the property! Would recommend for a large family group."
