"The staff were lovely and the room was very nice; we loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the towels and linen were excellent. It maybe a bit of a stretch to call this a resort when the pool is not heated (and therefore not useable in February). The breakfast was exceptional. "

"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

"Nicola, Andreas and the team were fantastic in their customer service offering a lot of personalised touches. The owner Claudio(?) also went above and beyond in helping me to get around. The place has great facilities, very picturesque, with swimming pool and lemon trees all over. "Excellent small hotel with superb friendly and helpful staff, fantastic well maintained grounds and stunning view of Etna from the pool. Its clear they show pride in their hotel and this is reflected in everything about your stay. Would say a car is essential to het best of stay, although about 30 min walk to local train station which had good and regular connections to some of the local main tourist towns and airport. "

"It is exactly what says in the pictures. Room size ok, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but fresh. Amazing coffee. Location not that great, need a car. All shops around closes at 3 and reopen at 7pm. Safe to walk around."

"Really Really impressed by the accommodation. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast basic but clean and organised. Great cappuccino! We asked for late check out as we had a late flight. Staff very accommodating and charged us v little. Fabulous place, lovely little pool."

"The property was extremely well kept and modern. The room included a terrace overlooking the water. The shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was a little cold for us to use the pool but it was beautiful. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes one afternoon. There’s a nice promenade along the waterfront and we walked down to the central part of the town at night. Staff and owners were very friendly."

"Loved the view of Mt Etna especially during eruptions! Staff very helpful, breakfast was fine - but go down early if you want the full choice, pool was great. Limited options at pool bar, but plenty of sunbeds (never a towel scramble as you get in some places!) Decent size room and good shower."

"Great staff and facilities the room was spacious and modern, the grounds are meticulously maintained the breakfast choices were broad whether it was a hot or cold breakfast and very thing in between and you could either eat outside next to the pool or inside. In conclusion I would rate it as probably the best place that we have stayed in to date."
