"We booked a room with an ocean view but our view was of the highway and the back neighbours apartment block. The hot water ran out half way through our first shower and the bathroom sink was blocked, full of water with phlegm floating in it and the dishes had put away dirty. Loud noises all night from the internal piping kept us awake. We left after one night. Very bad experience."

"We had a great night staying here In a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking Etna. The swimming pool area is lovely, the owners were very helpful and welcoming. They provided plenty of bedding and towels and bathroom toiletries. The apartment is very comfortable and well provided with air conditioning and a small terrace to sit out and look up at Etna. The pizza restaurant opposite serves great food and drinks at a very reasonable price."

"When we arrived we were greeted by the owners very lovely grandfather. The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos and other than the flooring, in like nee condition. The fridge was stocked with fruit for us as well as a tray of goodies. There was new toiletries etc and everything we needed to cook many meals the days we were there. "We had a lovely 10 days in your clean, spacious villa. Perfect for a family of two adults and two teenagers looking to relax and explore the beautiful island of Sicily. We loved the 4x4 tour of etna you organised for us and we explored the local towns and villages. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the food good and inexpensive. "Property very tastefully furnished, friendly hosts (who speak very little English). OK for 2 people, would be a bit tight for 4. Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."
