"We all had a wonderful holiday. The villa was lovely and so well equipped. The garden, hot tub and especially the pool were amazing!! Gina and Franco were so kind to bring us wonderful treats during the stay and left a very generous welcome basket. Absolutely fantastic place for a holiday. We hope to return one day!"

"We have had the best time staying here! Myself, husband and family. The communication and help prior to staying was excellent. The accommodation is excellent, well equipped and very clean, well laid out but above all beautiful. The views from the house are stunning, as is the local area. Everything we imagined Tuscany would be. So many nice touches that are not depicted in the photo’s. The pool / hottub area is fantastic. Beds comfortable. Showers great. Shutters on windows for a good nights sleep. Very quiet. Basically every convenience but still authentic and real. The local village is 5 min walk up hill, so pretty with amazing views, and felt very real and authentic. The area overall is great for getting around to Pisa, Florence, Siena, Chianti, Volterra, and many more in car. There’s also a train station under an hour which we used to get into Florence hassle free. Gina and Franco were really lovely and came very early each morning to make sure the pool and hot tub was ok. The pool and hot tub were both immaculate everyday. We were also left homemade treats which were absolutely delicious and very appreciated- thank you! The holiday was the absolute best! "

"Your video is captivating BUT REALITY IS EVEN MORE STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL..AN OASIS OF PACE AND RELAX. Picturesque views of wooded hills surround enormous pool...swimming at sunset is an .unforgetable emotion plus there is the SPA.. great fun..even at cocktail hour..booking masseuse..an added joy! we all fell in love with..this glorious but functional property Bedrooms are spacious and insuite bathrooms are too. "The setting in the Tuscan countryside was amazing. A very charming historic Farmhouse. The hosts were so kind and charming. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The kitchen was very useful for home cooking. Despite high heat outside, we could close the shutters and windows and keep the house cool until the evening. The night air in the country was so cool to sleep in. A very authentic rural place. We were able to drive to busy sites around Tuscany and then come home to a peaceful and quiet country house. The house was wonderful and the hosts were especially good to us. I very highly recommend it."

"We had such a lovely week. The house was amazing and the host was so helpful. We had two local ladies come and make a feast - definitely have them bring the local wine and dessert. Watching the sunset above the pool was wonderful and the ping pong table was a big hit with our teens. Getting there was a little tough and it was a little far away from some of the places we wanted to visit- not because they were far, but due to the winding roads that slow travel. To get there we mapped to the agritourism down the road then kept going into the gravel road and when there is a split with a lot of signs make a hard left and you can see the house with blue shutters at the end of the lane."
