"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "

"The apartment was convenient, clean and pleasant. However, the most awesome experience was our property manager Lucia!!!!!! She arranged transportation from our ship to the apartment and then from the apartment to the airport. She also followed up to ensure all the timing was correct to match our flight needs. When we arrived from the ship, she met us to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. Lucia made out trip enjoyable and care-free. many Thanks!!!!!!!!"

"10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

"The apartment was nice. The only thing wrong was that it had one air conditioning unit that wasn't working. (We also noticed that one of the showers had a slow drain and that there was no microwave. Neither of which was a big issue.) The area was a bit sketchy, but it was walking distance to the train station and we were all good with that. Inside was beautiful, and we liked the bathroom set-up. The host was great!"
