"10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. "The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside....

"Thank you to our hosts for making our party of 6 feel very welcome. From original booking to check out, nothing was a problem and Sandro was so welcoming including arranging very efficient transfers to and from airport. The apartment is in a lovely, old building, with a lift, located very close to the Papal Basilica of Sancta Maria di Maggiore (spelling?) and a less than 15 min walk to colosseum, the train/metro station is also close by which we used a few times.
