Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. "I really enjoyed my stay at this property. First thing was the fact the housekeeper was waiting for us when we arrived even though we were about 2 hours late on our checking (shout out to Ms. Lee). "This house is beautiful and huge but could use upgrading. We had a lot of issues upon arrival, but the property manager worked diligently to get things corrected. There was a housekeeper, but the rooms were cleaned once, not sure what the cleaning schedule was. and maintenance or security (not sure what his title was), was present a few days out of the week. An you guys shouldn’t put Direct access to the beach you have to literally drive out the community to Reach to the beach.. "The home is huge and met the need for our group of 10 people who stayed overnight each night. The Chef’s food was amazing, we only wish that the portions would have been larger but we wouldn’t know how to gauge what is needed. The Chef was very pleasant as was the cleaning staff. The drivers available were very friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe."
