"What a wonderfully clever barn conversion! A twenty minute walk to Angle West beach and a mile and a half walk to Freshwater West beach. Our dogs loved the walks, as well, and all the local beaches dog friendly. The barn is well equipped for a family stay and if the weather does turn there are enough games and toys to keep the kids entertained for days, even the big ones! "Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable with spectacular sea views. Our dog loved watching people and other dogs on the beach from the balcony! Right on the beach and close to local coffee shops/restaurants. Although on the 3rd floor, the steps are actually quite shallow. Really enjoyed our stay."

No walled garden as originally advertised when booking. 8 acres includes a 5 acre meadow not all garden. Gardens are full of weeds and largely unkept apart from mowing. Refund now required."
